How Chicken On The Run Turned $12K In Meta Ads Into $94.7K+ In Tracked Sales

The challenge
Where They Started
Great food, loyal regulars, and an online presence that had to be built from scratch. Restaurants live on appetite appeal, and stock photography can't sell food people can actually smell from the parking lot — so the brief was simple: turn social media into a genuine sales channel, not a scrapbook.
What we ran
The Play, Step By Step
The content engine came first (February 2024): one shoot day a month — at the restaurant, the warehouse, even dockside — becomes 7 reels, 23 carousels and 4 ad campaigns. Then, in January 2025, we put paid behind it: prospecting ad sets running year-round, with seasonal pushes doing the heavy lifting — camper and cottage-country campaigns for the summer crowd, BBQ package sales, a three-week Christmas campaign for the holidays. Every ad built from real footage of real food.

The climb
How The Numbers Stacked Up
Across 97 lifetime campaigns and 1.3M impressions, the three top-spending campaigns did the heavy lifting: Prospecting Q4 ($4,799 spend → $30,174 value, 6.29x), Prospecting Campaign 1 ($3,940 → $44,503, 11.29x) and 2026 Q1 ($2,020 → $20,024, 9.91x) — together $94,701 in tracked purchase value and 483 purchases on roughly $10.8K of spend, from a restaurant that started with zero paid advertising.
The proof
Real Reports, Not Rounded-Up Claims

Meta-reported purchase conversion values (multiple attribution settings across ad sets, primarily 7-day click / 1-day view). Figures reflect the account's three top-spending campaigns (~90% of total spend); remaining campaigns add further value. Tracked value, not audited revenue.
